CAUTION
1. This tournament is run strictly by time. Every 5 minutes, late player(s) will loose legs. (15 minutes late=Disqualified)
2. THE WORLD 14 must be reported to the referee after every 701 leg. (No report=No record)
3. If there is any problems, please report to the referee immediately.
4. There are no match call before the match. The match proceeds strictly be time. The match machine number will be indicated on the screen.
5. The player has the responsibility to report the match result to the control.

Best of 5 Legs (The first player to win 3 legs wins the match.): The loser of the previous game goes first in the next game.
THE WORLD MODE loaded in DARTSLIVE2 will be used for all matches.
Throwing order will be decided by Corking.
Coin toss function of DARTSLIVE2 will decide the player who throws for the Cork first.
The player who throws closest to the center of the BULL can choose his/her throwing order.
If the first player's dart hit the center of the BULL, the second player is required to acknowledge the first player's dart is in the center of the BULL, remove the dart and then throw for the cork.
In the first leg, the throwing order can be decided by the cork winner.
In the second to fourth legs, the player who lost in the previous leg will throw first.
In the 5th leg (Choice), players throw for the cork again and the winner of the cork can choose either to "throw first" or "select a game".
SHOOT OUT and BULL MASTER will be used for the Pre-Tournament Match.

The tournament position will be decided according to the ranking of SHOOT OUT.
In the event that SHOOT OUT scores are tied, the player with the most bulls in BULL MASTER will win.
In case players cannot participate in the Pre-Tournament games, THE WORLD Committee will decide the tournament position.

"BULL MASTER" is a competitive game that tests how many consecutive BULLs can be hit by an individual player.

Each match of this tournament will be played under rules of "No Handicap" and "Single Elimination"

Players who have accomplished a 14 dart finish during a 701 match will be awarded for accomplishing "WORLD 14". A prize of € 300 will be awarded to the player for each match.
A prize of € 300 will be awarded to the player who obtains the highest score in SHOOT OUT.
A prize of € 300 will be awarded to the player who obtains the highest score in BULL MASTER.

Only THE WORLD 2013 DARTSLIVE CARD will be used for tournament matches of THE WORLD 2013. From this year the use of this card is mandatory.
In case of loss or damage of the card, a new one must be purchased.
